 | "Langley/Carnhill" transformer driver (and -10/+4 bi-directional level converter)
A low distortion high bandwidth balanced (or unbalanced) output transformer driver.
Applications include console / rack gear upgrades, pro/semi-pro level conversion (bi-directional), digital workstation "warmerisers".
Uses VTB1148 transformer so it will fit in most 1U rack cases.
Power requirements are +/- 16v to +/- 20v (typically 70mA per rail (fused at 250mA))
Typical specification (+24dBu input, 10k load, jumper setup for +4 in/+4 out, HP filter out, 50R source imp. +/- 16v rails).
